Brian currently works as a Client Financial Affairs Officer, assisting clients in Appointeeship and Deputyship capacities, whilst also providing support on Lasting Powers of Attorneys.
He has experience of speaking with city councils across the UK, as well as drafting and processing applications to the Court of Protection on behalf clients who lack the mental capacity to manage their financial affairs.
Brian has a BA(Hons) Degree in History, a Graduate Diploma in Law, as well as a Masters in Criminal Justice with Human Rights.
His keen interest in legal matters has led to his involvement in prison reforms and peer mentoring schemes. Outside of work, Brian enjoys reading, building a personal collection of books. Brian also participates in charitable causes, raising awareness for diabetes through running.
